First & Great Support Services helps to provide travel and transport services to people with a disability. Assistance with travel and transport include supports that are able to enable clients to build on their capacity to independently travel, including training to use public transport.
For clients who are not able to travel independently a client’s transport support may also include the reasonable and necessary costs of taxis or other private transport options, as well as transport to and from school for students.
Our First & Great Support Services staff member will drive you to your appointment or any another place in the community you may wish to go and take you back home when you have finished. We are able to book your transport services in as an ongoing basis, such as a weekly trip to the shops or regular medical appointments.
